To foster a strong network of University Practice Senior High School alumni, dedicated to supporting the development of our alma mater, empowering members through professional growth opportunities, and contributing positively to the communities we serve.

UPOSA

Vision

To be the most vibrant and impactful alumni association in Ghana, recognized for our unwavering commitment to educational excellence, member welfare, and sustainable development of University Practice Senior High School.

Our history

A school story carried by many year groups.

UPOSA’s history is not just nostalgia. It is a record of old students choosing to stay connected to one another and useful to the school.

The beginning

The University Practice Old Students Association (UPOSA) was established to bring together all alumni of University Practice Senior High School (formerly University Practice Secondary School). The association was born out of the need for old students to give back to their alma mater and to create a platform for networking and mutual support.

01

Archive note

Over the years, UPOSA has grown from a small group of dedicated alumni to a thriving international association with chapters across Ghana and abroad. The association has been instrumental in numerous projects that have transformed the school.

02

Archive note

Today, UPOSA continues to be a beacon of hope for current students and a source of pride for alumni, upholding the school motto and traditions that have defined generations of graduates.

The journey continues through today’s members, executives, and year-group council.
